（700+提供）居然碰到了上月狗狗裏面那道火車提速的題，看來沒白看：大概是說原來火車上限速度是80，新火車的上限速度是120，但鐵軌只能支援80的速度，所以預計trip的時間無法縮短，
問削弱。答案應該是因為山地崎嶇原來的火車達不到它的速度上線

3、新火車 (From 700+)
有一個地方決定用新的火車代替原來的火車，原來的火車最多80km/h，現下的可以120，但是又說那個什麼東西只能承受最多80的速度，所以說新的火車不能使時間縮短，題目問的哪種情況火車線上路上的時間會減少

个人还是感觉V1好一点，因为觉得说得比较直接。
V5似乎要再推一层。或者我理解错误。。。哪位牛牛能给讲讲。
