weiyu：如果they指代people，意思就变了。如果they指代skills:their analytical skills are weak / their analytical skills are weak to a degree. 句子意思还是有差别的。你的理解看起来也有道理，再想想。

In E, have a disinclination... while willing is grammatically incomplete，说是语法上不完整，while doing sth为什么不能接受呢？连词是用来连接句子，但连接词组的也不少见啊！
