毕竟E其实文章最后部分部分都在说
虽然大家说D中的cash flow文中有明确提过这个KEY WORD，但是并没有说具体怎么处理啊
一定是像D所说的“maximizing cash-flow”吗？
相对的，其他几个选项都有提到这些关键词及处理方法

所以D相对，主观成分较多，要选D

参看第二段第一句 第二段讲的是某因素(战略目标strategic-mission)对decision-sharing这个方法的影响 推出并不是在每种情形下decision-sharing都是有效的 但是没有说出不同strategic mission下人们的选择倾向(likelihood) 相反 第一段的出现就是在说人们普遍偏好decision-sharing的方法 第二段则指出在build strategy下用individual leadership 更好
第一段认为decision-sharing是有利的 第二段用来指出影响因素
D选项
第二段第一句后面括号部分说明maximizing cashflow是区别之一
plan 的制定----考虑adherence to the plan----受到developing plan的process的影响（第一段）----process of decision-sharing 不是哪里都对adherence 有positive的影响

develop plan=首段的emerge（However, theory and limited research suggest that the process through which such plans emerge may play a part）

decision sharing是在develop plan之后发生的了，因为how plan is developped 还要影响公司对plan的adherent呢，时间有先后我觉得，所以在develop plan阶段，并没有涉及到decision sharing和另一种决策方式

唉。。之前打了一大段。。。结果自己不小心删了 希望这么说能清楚了。。。
不过也不确定 希望NN给个见解~

我觉得选D是因为没有看到At the other end, “harvest” strategies are used when a firm is willing to sacrifice marked share for short-term profitability and cash-flow maximization.
而e选项，harvest 和build都employl ,只是程度不一样罢了。
