身在第三国的2010赴美MBA的朋友们，你们打算回国签证还是在当地签？

很多朋友都拿到了2010年美国MBA的录取了，身在第三国（中国美国之外）的持中国大陆护照的朋友们，你们打算回国签证还是当地签证？

我觉得回国签好一些。不过有一个问题，如果回中国签被check了（希望不要发生这种事情），收走护照的话岂不是无法回到所在国继续工作了？

请大家各抒己见

据说在第三国不容易证明自己和中国之间的strong tie

I agree. In my host country, the U.S. embassy website clearly states that they assume non-resident application as strongly potential immigration case. I am very concerned about this attitude.

If you are checked, they will return your passport~ And when your case is cleared, you will need to visit the embassy again to get your visa stamp~

I think Canada is ok. I got a 10-year B1/B2 visa.

根据我的经历，check的话是收走护照了。能选择不给护照么？
