If the university was no better than other universities the better success rate must come from less canvassing efforts and more concentration on existing donators.

I have the same confuse on this choice
somtimes even think ahout it might not right since some options of GWD is not the same as the OG12 for the same questions
For example CR 69 and GWD_TN 11 Q3 of which I disagree with any options

and of course CR49
but in all GWD_TN is valuable.

I would vote for E

since the stimulus says clear and concise that "When these caterpillars are fed milkweed leaves dusted with pollen from modified maize plants, they die"

E seems irrelevant,whether any insects compete with the caterpillars makes no sense,even if any insects compete with the caterpillars,caterpillars can feed on modified maize and die.

C "during the part of the growing season" makes the gap between the caterpillar and butterfly in the argument.
