请问兄弟姐妹们rochester的免费申请是咋回事？

我11月中讯申请的时候选择了fee waiver，可是19前阵子小密给我发来这样一个邮件，内容大致下：

In order to complete your application, we still need to receive the following supplemental application materials:
-       copy of email/letter noting fee waiver or non refundable $125 application fee; if you were awarded a waiver via email or /card letter with instructions to register for the waiver you should follow the same so we can apply this to your application

很苦恼，接下来我该怎么办呢？

我和你一模一样碰到情况。应该给你寄过一封信上面写给你免是吧，根据那封信上的instruction去注册请求下（汗死其实我当时一收到信就注册了，后来又注册了一次），然后就好了。如果不放心的话，可以注册好了打个电话过去在confirm一下，我当时弄好了晚上打过去，那边就说帮我check看下，然后就说package完整了。
