急问能申请什麽学校

GMAT 640, TOEFL成绩过期了

美国商学院排名前50的学校会计硕士毕业，硕士的GPA大概3.4

想问一下有没有可能申请会计专业前30的PHD读读？！！

如果你有工作经验或研究经历的话 可能还有希望吧~~
否则希望不大 因为640的GMAT 3.4的GPA连很多学校的平均分都没达到
建议考虑50-100的

Try to apply for those PhD program whose minimum GMAT requirement is under 640, but those program probably rank 60 - 150. If you have some good research experience, you can go for a little a bit higher... You can go to accounting association website to check the admission information for the schools that have PhD accounting program.

the complete list contains 90 schools actually; i excluded some teaching schools in my own list; sorry for the confusion.

tks so much for the advise. so you guys think that the master degree dosn't make sense during the PHD application? by the way, i haven't finished my master degree yet, so i am considering to retake GMAT in the left time, and try to get the score above 700, then what kind of schools can i apply?

master学位还是挺有用的

不过会计phd的申请是件很说不准的事情
GPA3.7+ GMAT750+ 托福110+等等。。。。
都只能让你看上去不错 但究竟是否录取。。。就难说了。。。

我念博士前在国内有500强的企业的工作经验的，应该是回美国再考一次GMAT，然后再申请前吧。不会申请很多，大概申请3所左右。所以打算申请现在MASTER的学习，另外申请2所前30的学校试试。

Maybe you could talk to your advisor first. He/she will probably give you some good advices.

IMHO, top programs are mostly research-oriented. Your work experience won't help much. Also, the work experience in China is not valued as that in US.
