A hiker walking at a constant rate of 4 miles per hour is passed by a cyclist traveling in the same direction along the same path at a constant rate of 20 miles per hour. The cyclist stops to wait for the hiker 5minutes after passing her, while the hiker continues to walk at her constant rate, How many minutes must the cyclist wait until the hiker catches up?

这道题基本上属于文字没看懂，这种绕来绕去的题可怎么办啊？

我觉得选C。
从CYCLIST超过HIKER后开始算起，五分钟的时间 （即1/12小时），C走了5/3 Miles，同时H走了1/3 Miles。
从五分钟的过后，C开始等，H开始匀速追。那么H需要追4/3 Miles。
那么H追上C需要的时间就是路程除以速度，（4/3）/4=1/3 hour
1/3 hour=20minutes

答案是20吗？

题目意思就是：骑车的人超过步行的人后，他又骑了5分钟然后停下来等步行的人。在这5分钟内，骑车的人骑了5/3miles，而以步行者的速度，5/3miles需要走25分钟。扣掉之前的5分钟，还要走20分钟才能赶上骑车的人。

不知道这样解释对不对，就怕自己算错了
