OG104, 独立主格

天哪，大家的语法这么好。呵呵。

那就是说104里面D从语法上讲是对的咯，但是肯定没有加with好。

122里面，我觉得也挺紧密的，但是感觉如果加了with好像就挺怪。这个还是要看语感呀。

BY对这道题目的解释是

一般的独立主格结构与主句间没有紧密的逻辑联系，而主句中largely vegetarian表明，meat相对于所列举bla,bla,bla and bla来说应该是a rarity,所以需要with引导的独立主格，以体现两者之间的这种紧密的“普遍-稀少”的逻辑联系。

这个A和104的D的结构不是挺像的吗？为什么104里不能选D呢？

  each character ...做逗号前面的 charac­ters的同位语,characters是主句的宾语.逻辑上也是指的这个 charac­ters

而104中的d

meat语法上应该就近修饰前面最近的名词cake,而逻辑上修饰主语diet,有歧意所以不能选.

而逗号后面的with引导的独立主格可以避免这种歧意因为with引导的独立主格是首先指向句子主语的.

不过也让偶产生一种猜测：会不会很多前面不加with的独立主格结构都有可能看作同位语，而变成修饰前面的名词了？

因为ETS很喜欢用同位语和独立主格结构，希望继续讨论！
