我查了下答案，应该是A。
我觉得这个题目就是考你阅读啊，读懂了逻辑就出来了，题目是D取代V对VOLUNTEER有好处，然后提出2个原因，这2个原因的独立的。
答案中就A的是2个独立的原应 。
