考点: 句子结构（Grammatical Structure） 逻辑表达（Logical Predication） 有效用词（Diction）
1) 一个完整的句子之中只能有一个谓语动词，两个谓语动词之间必须有连词进行连接
2) each 型独立主格,强调句尾名词,形式为:
句子 + 复数名词结尾, each + 介词短语/形容词短语/-ed 形式/-ing 形式。
例:Chinese, the most ancient of living writing systems, consists of tens of thousands of
ideographic characters, each character a miniature calligraphic composition inside its own square
frame.
(A) 划线的were 作为谓语和划线部分之前的谓语were 重复，应该去掉或者用连词and 连接；
(B) 正确，of up to 600 rooms each 作为插入语修饰structures，connected 分词跳过插入语修饰前
面最邻近的名词structures.
(C) 将with 改变成of 后，介词的修饰对象发生改变；原句with 结构修饰built,而of 结构修饰的是scale;
将插入语变成句子一部分后，each 同位语修饰的对象也发生改变，变成了修饰最邻近的rooms 而不
是structures，rooms 被马路连接不符合题目原意和逻辑表达；each 同位语从句用过去完成时同样没
有必要性.
(D) 按D 答案给出的句意，with each 和on a spectacular scale 平行，但each connected by 改变了
原文的句意，原文没有表达出每一个都被连接的意义
(E) 如果each 做代词指代主语应该在each 前面加上连词and，E 答案中each 后面是完整句子但没
有连词进行连接；had been 过去完成时没有必要性。
句子结构: The Anasazi settlements…were built on...structures,…,connected by…

50.    Many teenagers undergo stress, but results of a recent study indicate that the patterns of stress that girls experience are more likely to result in depression than are those that boys experience.

(A) are those that boys experience
(B) what boys experience
(C) boys' experience would
(D) boys' stress patterns do
(E) stress patterns of boys

答案是A，但是我有点不太懂，这个are是指 patterns还是指 be likely to 的，另外这里为什么倒装了

选A. 注意看这个句子的结构。
the patterns of stress that girls experience are .... than are those that boys experience.

Patterns 对those，that 对that, girls 对boys.完美的对比。我用不同的颜色表达了出来。
在比较中第二部分倒装比较常见。但是也有不倒装的。所以我一般不用这个来作判断依据。
第一个are 的主语是patterns, 整个结构是 patterns are likely to ... 第二个are 的主语是those.
另外其他选项都不对称啊。
