1、最近几年涨得多不能说明贵，Palm Grove的price的基数高
2、价格高不能说明成本高，Sandida Heights 的税是Palm Grove的n倍
3、两个城市不可比，成本低不能说明interest高，Palm Grove的经济更好，人更有钱
4、还可以说Sandida Heights 过去几年涨说明经济形势好，以后继续涨的可能性较大；
Palm Grove涨说明经济形势差，以后也可能不会涨

多谢LS，对房产了解甚少，不知道这个成本是什么意思？文章里面好像没说成本？

这个成本，还有税收怎么理解？
