      analysis: 一个人在MEMO中写到：8年前，Neoelectric Comapny 的利润增长了，原因是公司招到了很多employees with high skills and motivations to generate revenue for the company, 然而8年后，the company's profits have fallen, though the number of the new employees has increased, 他分析利润下降的原因是：thenew employees have lower level of skills and motivation than the former emlpoyees, 作者说这是人力资源部的错。

语法：NEB Hawie, a coclation of ......., is forming the allience with the citizens in 某个地方。（a coclation of ....，is forming ）是划线部分。其中有三个选项明显错了，因为没有谓语，较难区分的是A选项：a coclation of ....，is forming,还有E选项：a coclation of ....，has become,我选的是A，解题思路是：A，E从纯语法的角度都是对的，但语法的做题原则是：维持愿意，所以我选A。 is forming 和已经become 还是有区别的，不是么？

逻辑：20的时候， the carptry(我不知道拼对了没有，就是说家具的) 是那种单一格调，单一功能的，但21世纪的时候，他们的风格已经变为多格调，多风格得了，有人说科技是变化的原因，科技使得人们对组合功能的东西需求增加。问题是：下面那个可以帮助评价这一结论。：我选的是是否20世纪的工匠perfer to make the 多格调的，多功能的家具。解题思路：如果肯定这个选项，20世纪的工匠们偏爱做多格调的，多功能的家具,但20实际却少有这种家具，说明是受科技的限制。如果对这个选项取非，20世纪的工匠们并不偏爱做多格调的，多功能的家具,那么可能不是科技的影响，说不准是工匠的偏好影响了家居风格。
