排除法应该能把C排除的

是the tour involves, 而不是countries involve,  所以我觉得C应该说 that involves an exhibit to some historical sites.

B 不对。。。and will involve

D 不对。。。which指什么不清楚

E 不对。。。and also involving，原因 同B。

排除其他的几个选项， A应该是正确的

A的that不能跳跃修饰的~除非用which才能跳跃！所以，加了that只能修饰countries~
