当时一看C, agree ... is ...没有关联词, 就先排除了

但是如果将B改成,

a phenomenon most scientists agree that is caused by  human beings's burning fossil fuels

若作为global warming同位语是否正确呢? most scientists agree 在这里做插入语,我的理解

a phenomenonthat mostscientists agreeand thatis caused by  human beings's burning fossil fuels--此是平行并列
改变愿意：即phenomenonthat mostscientists agree 也不通顺；变成agree phenomenon[暂且不论agree不及物动词]；而原文是agree  that  is caused by  human beings's burning fossil fuels。

我想问一下，the world wildlife fund has declared that global warming will create havoc among ......不是已经是完整的句子，而插入语 a phenomenon that most scientist agreee is caused by human being's burning of fossil fuels 不也是个完整的句子，两个完整的句子怎么可以放一起啊？又没连词，也不像独立结构啊？

至于能不能把most scientists agree当成插入语。我个人觉得不能，因为这样的话句子含义就会与题目不一致。
题目“a phenomenon most scientists agree to be caused by…"中，scientists agree的是cause的原因，而不是phenomenon。
而C选项"a phenomenon that most scientists agree is caused by…"中，如果把most scientists agree当成插入语，它修饰的是phenomenon，而不是cause的原因。

只有把整个句子结构看成嵌入式关系分句，才不会出现这种背离。

可是本来that most scientist agree就是修饰成分啊


cause的原因是by 后面啊。
还是a phenomenon被caused啊

我觉得应该是most scientists agree 的一个a phenomenon that is caused by  human beings's burning fossil fuels，其实应该是a phenomenon that is caused by  human beings's burning fossil fuels most scientists agree，是一个同位语和定语从句的复合体，因为that后面的部分太长，所以后置了，如果大家读过杨鹏的长难句的话，这种后置现象是很多见的
