谢谢楼主！请问在PS 里是不是要着重写职业，学校FIT 相关，而不要去过多强调个人活动经历，性格特色这些呢？我不太明白要怎么表现自己可以为学校带去DIVERSITY，请楼主赐教！感激不尽！！

You are applying graduate school not undergrad. They don't take a sh*t about diversity unless you are really special like Iraq veteran. As a Chinese (one of the majorities in grad school), it is not quite possible to show that. I'm not saying your extracurricular activities is not important. But only those benefit u in job hunting help.
