关于PS题，主要是想知道这类题有没有统一的比较简单的解法？

DS 由两个条件推出40%是3employees asighed to each project

大于其他的 所以3是median

PS (50%m+40%f)/m+f=42%  求出二者之间的比值即可

   (the number of passengers with double tickets )*(1-60%) = 20%*(the ship's passengers)

求二者比值 即是答案
