学校没有说明推荐信具体要求，推荐信有统一要求什么格式吗？比如行距，字体，签名

Of course there are standard formats to follow...

you have to first state

1) How the reference knows you and for how long
2) Your strengths and weaknesses
3) In detail, what you did while working, researching, studying, etc
4) How you compare to your peers
