强烈建议大家用skype打，话音清晰基本不掉线，包月任打全世界（包括中国的cellphone和座机）都是13.99美刀，如果只是美加打的话更便宜，才2.99～我现在家里连固话都没装就用skype打～平时外出就用prepaid phone card~

I have bought the yearly package of Skype from TaoBao. It only costs RMB 300 or so for the whole year. Everytime I wanna talk with mum, I will call mum to see whether they are home or not. if they are home and available, then they will logon skype with computer and we can talk with each other online~~I guess this way, you only spend $40 for the whole year.
