Diagnosis of drivers who incurred fatal car accidents reveals that among those drivers under 50 with fatal accidents, 5% are diganosed to have P**(一种眼部疾病). This disease affects peripheral vision. If this is the weakening question, I will choose B. The argument uses "However among entire population under 50, only 3% are diagnosed to be infected with P**." to draw the conclusion.

Therefore, in answer B: "Diagnosis of P** requires use of a kind of test. However it's unlikely that people under 50 will take this test."

It pretty much means that many people who are under 50 in the population and are infected with P *are not counted* Since a test is needed to determine people who are infected with P, there might be people who are under 50 in the population and don't drive, so many of them are probably infected with P but they just don't know.

The argument's 結構 is based on the percentage comparison. If the 3% is not accurate, then the author cannot draw the conclusion based on the percentage.
