If 500 is the multiple of 100 that is closest to x and 400 is the multiple of 100 that is closest to y, which multiple of 100 is closest to x+y ?

 (1) x<500

 (2) y<400

key: both are sufficient, neither alone is sufficient

500 是一个100倍数 最接近x 的数，400是100的倍数最接近y得数，问100的倍数 最接近x+y

还有prep给的答案是 both together are not sufficient
