关于second和secondly 我查了下字典

The main events were as follows: first, the president's speech, secondly the secretary's reply and thirdly, the chairman's summing-up.

Second, you have to be in the right system.

个人感觉好像是secondly后面是加名词，Second后面加句子。

不知道这个推测对不对
