觉得A比较奇怪，上面说了不考虑longevity，这里A又提到longevity。。。

A的意思表明女的就比男的长寿

而更多女的参与volunteer,显得volunteer长寿

所以A等于进一步解释了长寿也许并非是因为你从事志愿活动

我看A的意思只不过把整体给改成女性这部分了，也是想建立volunteer和longevity的关系，但是题目中最后就是说退一步即使不考虑这层关系，然后应该有个其他的factor可以说明volunteer是有益的

我是这么理解的：

需要complete的是最后一句：然而，即使志愿工作不会使人更长寿，我们依然可以预测出同样的统计结果（adults who regularly engage in volunteer work helping others shows that they live longer, on average, than adults who do not volunteer），因为A: 女性更多地参与了志愿工作，而总的来说而女性确实比男性更长寿。

确实挺绕：因为：women were much more likely to do regular volunteer work than men were 所以推出adults who regularly engage in volunteer work helping others 多是女性。

                又因为： women tend to live longer than men do.所以可以推出 that statistic would be what we would expect even if volunteering does not boost longevity。

                于是：argument completed.
