题目给出了一个人要交的tax的计算方式：

add 2% of one's annual income to the average (arithmetic mean) of 100 units of the country's currency and 1% of his annual income

问如果这个人的annual income 是 X，那么这个人要交多少tax？

答案是50+X/40

我做这题的时候看了几遍题目，还是没有完全理解它的意思，主要是不明白add 2% of one's annual income to the average (arithmetic mean) of 100 units of the country's currency是什么意思，求助高人指点~~~

2%的年收入 加上 （100个单位的货币，就是100块钱，和1%年收入的平均数）

2%x+（100+1%x）/2
