[讨论]关于Wharton今年的ESSAY

今年W的ESSAY题目有些棘手呢，我想了几天都不得要领。

第一题是传统的career goal，但其余3题基本上都是从negative方面来讲的-- 2nd adapt to others (这题也是我觉得最难的，希望大牛们多讨论启发)；3th 是说failure; 4th我想选第二个，也是improvement(稍好一些)

不知道大家怎么看呢 尤其是第二题，接受/理解别人的观点，如何能体现自己的fit或leadership或任何一点positive的东西呢？

So just focus on answering the question

 does "had to adapt"mean you don't necessarily agree with others or you agree with others to some extent.

Thanks Jason. I know you are the one to count on, though my question remained un-noticed for days by others

I'm starting to put down my thoughts on paper from today, no matter how rusty those could be, it's a start to get answers to the questions....
