c,d,e可以马上排除，a和b犹豫了一下选了a，但答案是B。当时选a时考虑的是主动比被动好，另外boosting表伴随的结果，哪位帮我分析一下我考虑的有什么问题。B中的which指代的是increasing supply and lowering prices么？

我觉得A不太对吧。boost consumption这个动作的逻辑主语，A和B有区分，A的it是improved efficiency，B既然紧跟which，那必然是 increasing supply and lowering prices。没有上下文，局部看supply和price与consumption更沾边。
