The spokesman ignored the possibility that the microprocessors of the computers used to design the future microprcessors are flawed and therefore can cause errors.

这题比较tricky。答案E是正确的。我一眼看去也是选B，但是你回头去看厂里人说的最后的话：There is no chance of further microprocessor DESIGN flaws, since all microprocessors are now entirely computerdesigned.

说明他本身就是在针对设计问题说话，如果他说以后的微芯片不会有问题，那么B是对的，可是他说的是以后的微芯片不会有设计问题，所以B不对。人家没有明确说微芯片会不会有其它的问题。

E是正确的，因为未来用来设计微芯片的电脑必须不会犯错，才错保证它们设计出来的芯片没有设计问题。所以厂方在说这话的时候，如果他的逻辑要成立，那么他必须有一个assumption就是用来做设计的电脑是不会犯错的，而他没有这方面的证据。所以E是对的。
