We are searching for outstanding candidates for sales and talent management roles at our HQ in Shanghai and branch office in Beijing. Individuals from top universities with good academic record and relevant work experience in MNCs are encouraged to apply. Excellent English and Mandarin language skills are must, as is entrepreneurial spirit, unpretentiousness, high work capacity and willingness to learn.
Position Profile:
Sales Manager (Shanghai)
Work experience in a B2B sales-related position Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin An entrepreneurial mind set and ability to work independently Strong social skills and the ability to handle people from different cultural backgrounds A well-developed personal network in the international business community in
Responsibilities: Build up a strong customer base with an initial focus on multinational companies and international Chinese companies Initial focus on Shanghai and Beijing Identify and select the most sought-after companies to work for in China Work in close cooperation with our talent managers in order to match the companies with our network As sales managers you will have the possibility to take on additional responsibility in the form of becoming area manager later this year or early next year
Talent Manager (Beijing) Work experience in a HR-related position Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin An entrepreneurial mind set and ability to work independently Strong networking skills, good interpersonal skills A sound understanding of the mindset of students at the top universities as well as young professionals in China
Responsibilities: Help build up the talent network, initially focusing on either Nova 100 (university students) or Nova Pro (young professionals) Identify, coach and continuously improve Nova’s relationship with our student ambassadors Responsible for events for the specified network in a certain region

These roles are only open to exceptional candidates and to work with us you first have to pass our assessment process to become a Nova member. The process includes CV screening, telephone interview (optional) and three rounds face-to-face interview.
