Bentley附近租房的看过来!3br Townhouse/$575/Heat&HotWater

We are Pilar and Kristin looking for the 3rd roomie! We offer a 9' 5''×9' 7'' bedroom in a 3 br apartment, only 8-10 minutes walk to Bentley University, $575 per month, including heat, hot water, and gas(see following details). The one-year lease will start at Aug. 17th.
 
Description:
We have a 3 br apartment that has 3 levels. The main floor includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. There are hardwood floors through out. The kitchen has maple cabinets and includes dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. This apartment is located in Gardencrest Apartments, very close to Bentley University. It would take about 8-10 minutes at the most to walk to Bentley. It is very close to Bentley University, so our apartment is really an ideal place for Bentley students!
 
The rent includes:
Heat and hot water
Water
Refuse removal
Extra storage
Washer/Drier(you dont need to pay coins to use the washer/dryer, but only pay the electric fees)
$575 is really an amazing price for living near campus!!!
The neighborhood:
There are some restaurants about a mile from here on Moody Str. Grocery stores are less than a mile. The bus is 1/2 mile walk and the train is a mile.
