请问：Darden的essay应该从哪些方面入手？

1.    How have the changes in the global economy over the last 18 months affected you and your plan for the future?

2.    What will you contribute to an MBA program and what are your personal and professional expectations of the program you attend?

我们可以contribute给学校的，除了学费，会有些啥东西？

这个问题能提得更加具体吗？因为写Essay是仁者见仁的，每个人的情况不一样，不过总的来说：

1.是问你过去一年你的职业和职业目标是否受到金融危机的影响。因为商学院普遍大受影响的了，想读商学院的人自然也会受到影响啊。那么这种影响是否或者是如何改变了你的想法。

2.直接的就是以后成功了捐款，在学校里面就很多啊：行业背景，专业背景，课外活动是主要的，还有许多许多，比如爱体育，会做饭，会唱歌，爱户外运动。学校很小很小，所以大家做什么都是一起的，所以申请人的方方面面都很重要。

学校都希望通过Essay了解一个人的个性，所以不要太多去想学校要看什么，也想想自己要说什么。Darden我觉得还是蛮尊重个性的，我自己申请和面试的时候，都很强调“我是谁”这个概念。

it is a tough question, actually. I do not know how to answer this question in a more meaningful way, but i will try.  I have seen all kinds of stories.  Help my company reduce the use of paper cup, redesign a process, lead a team to achieve a goal.  The key is not really the story, it is more about what you have learned during this event.

Try to show your personality with a story.  The story itself is nothing new, but the way you write and the way you see things.

请教一个推荐信的问题

DARDEN的推荐信系统里面有独立的开放问题 还有一个上传推荐信的文件链接  请问是不是如果把开放性的问题用独立信件形式写完上传文件后 上面的开放问题就不用回答了

谢谢！我们已经跟学校严肃反映了这个事情，校方也都在非常努力的解决。但是IT问题真的是牵扯很多很麻烦的，而且美国人的做事风格绝对不是我们中国人不解决问题不睡觉，给你三天必须搞定的思路，所以真的很抱歉，但是也请大家谅解了。

我们会继续每天敦促学校的。校方说：尽量在R2前解决。
