那个应该是说that，this之类的词不能指代前面的整个句子，而不是单独的词。

这里that指代the amount。我选D。正确答案是啥？

A: which 前没有逗号，必错
B: 比较对象是amount，所以因该是twice as much as that emitted
C: as as
E: 语感完全错误，虽然我说不出具体的原因，但是这样的句子你一念就知道肯定错误，OG中把这种句子叫做wordy

觉得B项的错误是annually的位置错误，应该在emitted之后，这种主语的比较，that不必出来指代吧。
A也不是逗号的原因，而是整个句子都非常的不符合习惯，that和which都是指同一个东西，而being emitted这个时态也不好。
