意思就是前面的5俩车分别说的那么多缺陷，剩下的那辆可能是3，7，12处缺陷，问下面三种情况哪种的中数等于平均数

Sum of first 5 defects = 36
6th defect is 3 ， sum is = 39 ，mean =39/6 = 6.5

median = 6+7/2 = 6.5 Hence statment I is true

statementII: 36+7= 43， mean = 43/6 = 7.1666666 recurring decimal. No way this will be equal to median since median is divided by 2.

stmnt III: 36+12=48 mean =48/6 = 8 median = 7+9/2 = 8

Hence III is true

Therefore statement 1 & 3 is true hence D
