KBT = Knowledge-based "Theory," which I won't call it "theory" as it is tautological.

RBT = Resource-based "Theory."  Again, it's tautological.  Oftentimes you will hear Resource-based "View (RBV)" rather than RBT.

They are popular in strategy.

我知道这个议题有些大，但是就我自己看paper的结论，

strategy research 更多的是一种 comparative /contrast /descriptive research

organizational behavior 更多的是 experimentation的设计，讨论
