个人观点咩~~~： B选项，A cluster of stars排除了“existence of certain other astronomical phenomena that have been observed at the center of M87.” 表示A cluster of stars 的存在与certain other astronomical phenomena 是相反的，而这个 phenomena 是have been observed，即已经真实存在的，所以A cluster of stars 不存在，即削弱。
我已开始没仔细看选项选了A
个人觉得应该选B，比较同意21楼的观点：a cluster of stars会阻止其他现象的出现——a cluster of stars与可被观测的其他现象相对立——a cluster of stars的解释有问题——weaken
A是加强
C是无关比较
D谈另一个galaxy非类比，无关
