答案：E。原文意思是：如果X不干涉Y，则整个地区肯定沦陷。问如果X确实干涉了Y，则整个地区如何。那答案肯定是可能沦陷也可能没沦陷。E是肯定对的。但问题是B和C好像是E的同意表述，怎么不对呢？还是出于最优答案的考虑呢？或者说，B和C的表述显示出了对两种可能性有偏好，对两种可能结果（沦陷or不沦陷）有不同的期望概率呢？请多多指教：）

这道题答案是D。这个还是可以理解的。这道出题思路很像上面那道题，所以拿来供参考比较。这道题的答案D就很像上面那道题的B或者C的表述方式啊。
