one of the 3 members of a certain team sell at least 2 raffle tickets 是说三个人中有一个人卖了至少2个。

1）条件时，总共6个，所以可能是（2，2，2）（6，0，0）等等。。反正会有个人是>=2 成立  

2）条件，最少时也是（0，1，2）也有2 成立 所以各个成立D。

第一步10个数字选4个排列，第二步减去0开头的9个选3个排列。

可以算一下前面8套房可以卖130000，所以题目说一定要LESS THAN 130000 错了。
