提交一个礼拜就来offer了?

上周二提交了申请,春季的mba full time,昨天收到信说好象被录取,但是因为托福成绩不上100,有条件的要求参加premba 课程,这个我是预想之内的,所以有准备,但是没想到那么快就收到offer,没有面试.可能之前因为申请过,委员会知道我的情况,而且之前申请的时候面试过我,也跟两个招生委员在深圳和北京谈过.不过是两年前的事....现在重新申请,很多都改变了,一周就来信了.开始我还不相信,她们回复说是这样,看看我有没有会错意?有点不敢相信:

可是我还没受到奖学金的通知,哪怕一点也好...我除了toefl不好,其他还ok,应该会有奖学金吧....

另外这样我是不是要等他们i-20来?我要预约签证了吗?还是等他们i20来了再说?

因为公司有资助,但是i20没来,我不好说,预约签证是公司帮忙去做的,我不知道现在如何做好?

LZ是申请的什么方向？如果是国际商务，能不能拜托给讲讲这个专业方向的情况？多谢。

别人信里面没说给你offer，只是在给你解释后面的流程。
