school suggestion pls--between IIT and UB (Buffalo)

I got both offer from UB and IIT....struggling to make my decision now...

UB (MSF) - 8k tuition fee less than 1year program.

IIT (MSF) - 24k tuition fee, 1.5 years program

anyone who has gone to either one of schools listed above could share her/his experience?
