10年底申acct phd,麻烦各位大牛帮忙排个序，关于phd录取时最看中哪些东西

1 本科学校ranking 

2 undergrad GPA

3 研究生学校 ranking 

4 grad GPA 

5 GMAT

6 TOEFL

7 rofessional certificate (CMA,ACCA, CIA)

8 RL

9 研究经历（e.g. papers)

10 陶瓷

from first and second hand information,   RL is the most important.
For accounting, I guess GPA,GMAT, gender and work experince also count.
