关于申请者的 pool的问题

如果一个人是ib里的it,那会在it pool里还是ib pool里？
如果一个人是consulting里的翻译，那会是在consulting pool里还是translator pool里？
请问学校是怎么处理的？

but generally the job type (regardless of company type) will prevail

At the same brush, how about 4 years vs 6 years, chinese vs US, worked abroad vs worked locally...

Eventually you get to such a detailed 'pool' that this is not useful (you might end up being in a 'pool' by yourself). This is exactly why I keep telling people that there are in fact no 'pools' nor 'profiles' that schools use to judge you. Each person is unique!
