个人感觉希望不大，我和admissions committee的人聊过，他提到录取工作时间短的申请者需要很大的勇气，录取标准也要比平均标准高很多，除了GPA, GMAT, career accomplishment这些常规的要求之外，还需要申请者有特殊的才能和潜质才能征服评审人，他提到以前录取过的有2年工作经验的申请者得到过某项体育运动的世界级奖项。此外，学校对工作年限短的申请者比较谨慎的原因还在于他们无法确定你毕业后的薪酬是否会拉低他们的平均水平。LZ的management trainee和四大都不是进入门槛高且高薪的行业，这个也是不利的因素。建议LZ再耐心工作几年再申请。

Don't be upset by above comments.

Your background is in the average of the pool. a downside is your short W/E. MIF requires a minimus of 3 year W/E (similar to that of most MBA). Depsite that, you still have chance, but you need to work out good essays.

You could consider working 1-2 more year, to be more competitive.
