Just got the note for pre-selected interview. Any tips on interview preparation will be highly appreciated. Cheers!

耐心些，暂时没收到不代表就出局了。我是在大伙都收到邀请之后一个星期后收到面试邀请的，起初也觉得自己没戏了。

Yeah, I was told I can choose to send my essays to the interviewer before the interview. Would it do me any good if I send my essays to the interviewer so that he may know me better?
