求助！！双币信用卡付款问题

为什么最后confirm appointment的时候，会跳出来：the payment was declined. Reason: contact your credit card company of use a different credit card啊？

用的是工商银行的双币信用卡，卡里面也已经存了钱了，怎么就不能用呢？
