Darden has scholarship for Chinese (and related) students:

James Su-Ting and Jeanette Wang CHENG Scholarship - half or full tuition - This scholarship shall be used to attract the best and brightest students from East Asia to Darden by providing a two-year scholarship to first year MBA students who have accepted admission to Darden.  The scholarship will be renewed in one’s second year as long as the student is in good academic standing (min. 3.0000 GPA).  First preference shall be for students from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau, or Singapore.  If these preferences cannot be met, then the scholarship may be awarded to a student from other East Asian countries.

Darden China Scholarship-This $4,500 scholarship is made possible through the gifts of Darden's Chinese alumni and Adjunct Professor, Larry Franklin.  It is awarded to a top native Chinese candidate who is selected through the Darden China Scholarship Committee and the Darden First Year Scholarship Committee.

What is the background of the applicant who has been awarded 100% scholarship?

GMAT and ibt, which is more important in the application process?

Does a relatively low score in ibt speaking section have a significantly negative impact on the admission decision?

Can a good performance in the interview make up for that low score?

100% means UNIQUE.  hehe, do not try to copy it.

GMAT means much, ENGLISH means more.

Sure, Interview is always the most important part. even for scholarship.
