c选项是说她把得出一个结论的必要条件弄错成充分条件了。

题目中这个人的结论是fermat没有撒谎，这个结论的必要条件是，fermat的理论是可以证明的。

而把它作为充分条件肯定是不行的，因为可以证明不代表fermat就证明了啊，他还是可能撒谎了~~

所以选c~~

同意楼下所说的，即使有人能证实这个理论，也不能说明Fermat没有撒谎或是错误。能不能证实这个理论其实是fermat有没有撒谎的充分条件，而非必要条件。
