(C) to enhance和their preparation不平衡，and their preparation错误地与athletes’ performance平行。

(E) 正确， are geared toward enhancing…and preparing结构平衡且符合习惯用法
        

我的问题是，C 选项，即使their preparation与athletes’ performance平行； 感觉也不会引起逻辑错误啊？

谢谢版主，但文中A选项的意思似乎和c表达的逻辑意思更接近些，虽然两个选项的逻辑意思不同，但放在这里都说的通，为何取E选项，不取C选项的逻辑意思呢？

C E逻辑意思不一样  是两个动词的并列 并且有先后逻辑关系，E 中的for 是 prepare for短语

我觉得只能用语法的倾向来判定

用动词表达与名词表达含意是不同的

且G魔 倾向前者

有时a项的表达方式不一定就是最好的

有更好的出现当然就选更好的

答案是比较出来的

A: SMP gear are geared toward athletes' preparation. <---沒有enhance.
所以C改變了原意
