Since you didn't mention your education background, your previous internship experience & social activities, and the company as well as the position you applied to, how can we provide you constructive suggestions if we just have a frail grasp of the big picture? And how is the impression your resumes will leave to the HR officer? I mean the format and wording of your resumes and cover letter.
