[求助]请教4月jj第15道语法题

4月jj第15题：“15，有一题大概是，in comparison with that of P and B tribes, X villages are more independent……

选项大概有 if compared to,   when compared to,    when they are compared to those of,    compared to those of.    纠结半天觉得that肯定是不对，又觉得compare to 不太对，但是每个选项都有…最后选了if compared to”。

请问：这道题是不是选A呀?  因为compare to是"把…比作, 喻为"的意思,  而compare with =in comparison with才是"与…相比"的意思, 所以只有A有两个相比较的意思,所以我认为A对,尽管它看上去很别扭...请nn指教~~~~谢谢~~~
