Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day's work. Others prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.
As to the issue of the time of rising up, there always are two attitudes towards it. Some people hold the idea of getting up early in the morning; while others agree to a later time of getting up, and they could stay up late at night. Though the latter view always offers a quiet environment for working late, I prefer getting up early in the morning for the following reasons.
Staying up late and sleeping late at night can be hazardous for health. This schedule does not coincide with human body’s natural rhythm. Obivously, it can be seen the fact that staying up late means sleeping late. According to a recent healthy investigation carried out by National Health Center of China in Beijing, it shows that the later people sleep at night, the more risk will they suffer sleep disorders and heart diseases. As the common sense goes, how terrible and exhausted will the sufferers feel.
The major tangible benefit of rising up early from bed is for psychical health, especially healthy for those who do not have time for body building. If one gets up early and spare approximately a half hour for outdoor exercises, such as for some running or for just stretching body, it will be totally different experiences in the just little time. Then the energy will come back into you body and soul again.
Another merit of getting up early in the morning is healthy for mental health as well. It provides a wonderful opportunity to feel nature. One can enjoy the fresh air, savor the coolness of the breeze, and have a moment of blessed silence early in the day. All such fantastic experiences could be worthy your struggling against the inertia. In addition, it would be perfect if one can stroll through a park nearby. The smell of flowers and grass can soon revive you and give you a beautiful mood at the beginning of a brand new day.
Thus, my propensity for the time of getting up is early in the morning. Getting up early do not only benefit for psychical health, but for mental as well. People work late at night may feel more concentrated than in the day; nevertheless, the drawbacks outweigh much more the benefits. And they probably feel less energetic in the day. |
