An Excellent Housing Opportunity for NYU female student

I'm now 1st year MBA student in NYU. I plan to move out of my current appartment at the end of this semester. So I'm looking for a female student to take my room to share the apartment with an Indian MBA student.

The apartment is 5 munites WALK from our school, much closer than Palladium. And monthly rental is only $1,200. My room is about 10 m², kitchen (stoven, micorwave and refrigerator included) and bathroom shared with roommate. I have nice furnitures but may want to move it with me, we can negotiate on it.

You probably can move in around August 15th. Detail to be discussed.
